Whenever you need to send an important letter, memo, or report and want to make sure it's correct, clear, and effective. Examples :

What will we do with your document?

In addition to checking and commenting on your grammar, punctuation, and spelling, we'll suggest revisions based on our in-depth analysis. The factors we'll consider include:

  • Your overall strategy for accomplishing your objective
  • Your audience and whether or not you've targeted your document accordingly
  • Your document's "mood" and its appropriateness for the situation
  • Your wording, style, and format for clarity and ease of reading
  • The effectiveness of your opening and closing

You can expect detailed comments, corrections, and revisions inserted directly in the body of your original document. Also, we'll provide more detailed commentary explaining why we suggested what we did. This commentary will be presented to you in writing or through a phone conference according to your request on the submission form.

We'll return our feedback within two days from when we receive your submission.

What does it cost?

$35 for the first page; $25 for each additional page or fraction thereof.
(A page is equal to 300 words.)

How will we communicate?

  • You may send us your document by e-mail, mail, or fax.
  • If you e-mail, you may send your document as regular e-mail, or as a Word or Wordperfect attachment.
  • We will return your edited document according to your request on the submission form.
  • We will return our additional commentary in writing, or you may elect to call us for a telephone conference.
